I describe my treatment style as “therapeutic relaxation”. While positive physical outcomes are a goal of treatment, so is encouraging rest, relaxation and restoration of your body and being. Both happen simultaneously very well! The most frequent modalities I use during treatments are:

  • Myofascial Release
  • Myofascial Cupping
  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage
  • Assisted Stretching Therapy
  • Craniosacral Therapy
  • Breathwork
  • Swedish Massage Techniques aka General Massage

Since I was just a wee one I’ve been interested in how the body works and moves. I’ve formally studied massage therapy, yoga and was a certified personal trainer.
